Overview

As a Manager, Strategic Finance at Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG), you are here to join the growing Finance team. The Manager will have ownership of the long-term financial model, performance management, and financial analytics across the FBG organization. Reporting directly to the Director of Strategic Finance, the Manager will serve as an integral member of the Finance leadership team, providing expertise for further growth and continuous innovation across the department.



Responsibilities

Primary ownership of the long-term, three statement financial model (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement), including target setting, structuring, maintenance and expansion for segments, reporting, data analysis, etc.
Select, establish, maintain and track operational KPIs to enable performance management, and create alignment with the long-term financial model
Own total company consolidated sales and metrics reporting across teams, including establishing cross-functional metrics definitions and building / automating executive dashboards
Establish priorities and vision for financial business analytics, with analyses including but not limited to product profitability, LTV/CAC, growth investments, pricing analysis, price/volume/mix analysis, manufacturing analysis, customer cohort analysis, etc.
Proactively provide quantified insights and propose solutions to areas of risk and opportunity to influence business strategy
Ad hoc financial analysis relating to key commercial projects
Develop corporate performance management, demonstrating exceptional leadership and collaborative capabilities across the organization in driving executive alignment
Open to regular travel to events and other Fanatics offices for various offsite and team meetings


Qualifications

Bachelor?s or Master?s Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or other relevant field
3-5 years of investment banking / private equity required, with progressively increasing responsibilities; public, multinational company experience preferred
Deep experience with financial modeling, data manipulation and analytics
Expert skills with Microsoft Excel
Extensive experience with presentations to senior management
Extraordinary attention to detail
Adaptability and innovation with an eye for developing processes that align across multiple groups and stakeholders

About the Team
Launched in 2021, Fanatics Betting and Gaming is the online and retail sports betting subsidiary of Fanatics Holdings Inc., a global digital sports platform. The Fanatics Sportsbook is available to nearly 93% of the addressable online sports bettor market in the U.S. in the following states: Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia and Wyoming.
