Account Executive Washington, District of Columbia (Remote) We are looking for a sales savvy, technical, and process-oriented sales professional to help us grow our direct business. What we have: A big industry problem, a cool very technical solution that companies want and a business in growth mode trying to help all of them hire more people, faster. What we need: a person who has spent the last couple of years generating opportunities and is looking for their first AE role. This person lives and breathes all parts of solving customers? recruitment challenges to help them be super successful. We need help getting our message out to enterprise customers, uncovering their specific issues and helping solve them. We are building this process from the ground up and so your input in how to build an enterprise sales go to market swing in a better way is essential. We need you to say, ? this what has worked before?, ?this is what best in class companies do?, ?this is working, let?s try X?, ?there is a better way to do this or that? and most importantly, ?this can be automated or done differently?. We need your help building the foundations of our sales process and go-to-market messaging as we scale the business quickly. You will be one of the first people in our business so the personal growth potential is endless. Who you are: you wake up in the morning organized, you love nerdy tech, and you can?t wait to tell people about solutions that solve real problems. You are passionate about fixing the candidate and recruiter experience through technology and automation. You operate independently and without a playbook. You are constantly trying new things to see what works. You?ve worked in a start-up and aren?t afraid of high-intensity with varying demands and priorities. You can?t wait to learn from each other and are not afraid to share your knowledge and ideas. You over-communicate, both in writing and verbally. You love customers and want to help them with one of their biggest problems: hiring great people, faster. This role is fully remote, with preference towards people on the east coast. Qualifications: 2 years B2B SDR sales in HR or recruiting tech or 2 years as a corporate recruiter B2B tech start-up (think under 20 people and under 5 years old) experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Obsession with new technologies, naturally technical Creative thinker and with bold execution Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to listen and engage with customers at the CXO level Teamwork & collaboration: ability and willingness to maximize available resources, sometimes creatively Proven ability to develop and maintain excellent customer relationships Position Purpose & Responsibilities: Create a plan to identify and qualify opportunities to drive pipeline generation. In collaboration with marketing, outreach to new potential customers, keeping meticulous track of your activities. Using various methods and messaging connect with decision makers and conduct discovery, solutioning, demos and closing calls with prospects. Actively understand each customer?s technology footprint, strategic growth plans, technology strategy and recruitment processes and gaps. Review public information (e.g. new executive appointments, earnings statements, press releases) for the company and its competitors to remain updated on key industry trends and issues impacting the prospect. Work to create robust account and opportunity plans working closely with product and implementation specialists. Develop and nurture executive relationships with prospects and customers to deliver value into their organizations, establishing JobSync as a critical business partner. Meet with potential customers to understand their specific needs, goals, and expectations. Define solutions, ensuring any deliverables are both technically feasible and can be accomplished within the customer?s timeframe. Achieve / exceed quota targets. Coordinate with all parts of the organization to maximize effectiveness and productivity of the customer experience. Support customer?s post-implementation with added features and enhancements. Continually refine, improve and document sales processes and messaging. Build effective, collaborative working relationships throughout the organization with staff, peers, managers, partners, and customers. Other duties as assigned. Some travel is required for trade shows, company meetings, etc. Maintain and/or adhere to internal controls and security controls of IT systems as established and outlined by Company policies and procedures, with a formal acknowledgment upon hire, and at least annually thereafter.
